Finally got an email to confirm me after 5 attempts. You people really like this service? I can recommend at least another 5 that are far better but whatever it is you like. I am forced to use this community support.

Direct customer service where you can describe billing issues. Google has it Microsoft has it.

Contact to customer service that can handle that.
