To me it would seem if it is clueless designers then Spotify would actually be acknowledging feedback but if you look at any statements its clear that Spotify DOES NOT CARE. In fact Spotify could not give a single solitary **** about any of the things any customers have to say it would seem. Go look around and try to find anything from anyone related to Spotify that isn't a massive nothing burger of a statement its very difficult.
