We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

Log out and log back in.
Clear the app's cache.
Restart your device.
Reinstall the app.
Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Will Wrapped show if I'm the 0.001 % Top Listener of multiple artists?

My Question

Will Wrapped show if I'm the 0.001% Top Listener of multiple artists? I listen to a lot of indie, new, and up-and-coming artists, so many of them have far fewer than 1 million monthly listeners. I suspect I'm the 0.001% Top Listener for at least a few of them, and I'd like to know if 2024 Wrapped will show that I'm the 0.001% Top Listener of only the artist I've listened to the most or all the artists for which I'm a Top Listener. (I know 2024 Wrapped's information isn't public yet, so I guess I'm mostly asking about how 2023 Wrapped worked.) Thank you.

I tap on the Wrapped category and everytime it tells me that something went wrong and shows me the reload button. Different network doesn't work, and deinstalling and reinstalling also doesn't work

Had same problem. Finland, IOS, Premium. Being user over 10 years and this is first time when Wrapped doesnt work.

I tried to open my Wrapped earlier and it said something went wrong and I had to reload but when I did it didn’t work. I also tried to reset my phone but also nothing. Finally, I logged out of my account and logged back in to see if that would work but now my Wrapped option is gone completely.

I got my spotify wrapped and it was good. However, I can't find my Your Top Songs 2024 playlist. Is it not available yet?

I went onto the Spotify app as soon as Wrapped released and I had a Spotify wrapped tab, I pressed it and it gave me some sort of error, and then the tab disappeared and I still don't have it even after reinstalling my app. The only way for me to view my wrapped is by following the online link, but it shows me a simplified, non-animated version rather than the animated version that other people have. There is no way for me to view my top 100 songs, the playlist doesn't seem to exist. Please fix it for me!

Hi, i just saw my spotify wrapped but i’m certain the amount of minutes is wrong. I listened almost everyday for at least one hour but it says i only have 24 357 minutes. Which is even less than the year before, in which I listened to even less music so therefore I think it’s wrong, how can this be fixed?

My Wrapped is made up almost entirely of songs and artists I’ve never heard of. Something is definitely wrong

Hello, I can see my spotify wrapped, however there are clearly not all information. I can only see slides about top tracks and top artists, no other statistics. I have 139k minutes of listening, so there is no way there is not enough data. In attachment, I am showing how many slides I have compared to my friends. Is there a way to fix it?

My Spotify Wrapped does not have funny features like AI playlist or your music style evolution. It's pure statistics. What do I do?

My 2024 Wrapped is strikingly inaccurate. It shows literally none of my favorite artists/songs on Top list. Would love to have it fixed

My Spotify Wrapped 2024 is wrong. There are artists that I never listen and songs that are even not in one of my playlist and i’m sure that I never listen one of them. Why? Someone else had this problem?

I have a premium individual plan and an IOS device.

Hello, where can I find my wrappeds from previous years? Preferably from the beginning of using the service.
