Did Spotify recently change its Song Radio algorithm?

I've mostly stopped creating my own playlists after discovering the Song Radio feature, if there's a song I like listening to and want to hear more like it. It's been one of the best ways for me to find new music.

But lately I've noticed that a lot of the song radio playlists are made up of songs that I've already heard of and are in my Liked Songs. Though it's more personal, I don't really like this change since I don't get to find new music this way anymore.

Unfortunately I have struggled with this for the last year or two since they implemented it. It is limited to 50 songs and most of them are ones I also already know. One song radio I made was 50% downloaded songs. Spotify's radio algorithim is very poor at finding new music, I believe it actually does the opposite and plays songs you already know intentionally.
