Car thing touch screen not working

I have been using spoify car thing for more than half a year and everything was going fine but then a few days ago my touch screen stopped working so i go to reset it. That doesnt do anything so i factory reset it that also does nothing but now when im setting it back up im suposted to click the screen to take a tour of the car thing. That of course is somthing i cant do so now im really stuck. Any advice?

Same thing is happening to me. All the physical buttons work but nothing on the touch screen.

Ok so I got in contact with support and their third solution I tried was just letting the car thing sit for 24 hours powered on in my house and now it works I don't know it fixed itself but it did so I'd give it a try.
