BMW connect problem (IPhone)

Spotify ver 8.7.46

Wierd connection problems with app not showing up.

When the car has been idle overnight the app icon shows up and works.

When leaving the car for a little while the app doesn’t show up.

If you start Spotify from your phone it may start to work if you are lucky.

If no go, it will not work for a long time…

Only starts working again if you leave the car for more than a couple of hours.

This is a bug in Spotify app needs attention and a fix.

So Spotify what is happening?

I kinda hope that the developers for the app is checking what causes the connection problem that affects BMWs and there seems that many have this strange problem.

I can show and help the app team if they feel like it.

Also I can share vids and give feedback like a beta tester.

I would help out as much I can…to resolve the matter.

Because spotify is vital for me to play music in my car and I believe that others have the same connection problems.

Why else pay for premium account.

I want people who have same issues for the BMW to write down symptoms for connection problems below.

Together we can make a change for the better.
