Hello community!

Some time ago, I noticed that the music I add to favorites or playlists on my computer does not automatically add on another device (such as a phone or car) and a restart of the application is needed.

Where is the problem? When the devices are connected to the same network then there is no problem and everything is added in real time 🙂 In the case when the devices are on other networks it just doesn't work.

Polish support could not do much and recommended me various actions such as reinstalling the application, rebooting the devices, etc. while throwing me from person to person. Eventually someone from them confirmed that it was a bug.

Spotify Agent: "I have checked and if this error occurs then apart from turning the app off and on again on your phone, the songs added to your favorites list will not update in real time if you are connected to another network"

They recommended that I write here
