Using a computer, go to the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;account page&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;to double check the correct username and email address of your Premium account. Then, logout on your phone and log back in, making sure to use the correct login details.
