Why does Spotify auto launch on Amazon Echo

Can anyone explain why Spotify keeps launching by itself on my Alexa Show ?

I cannot see a pattern but multiple times a day, the Echo device springs into lift and launches Spotify.

Sometimes it plays a Playlist, sometimes a podcast.

I do not have any Alexa routines set up.

I have factory reset amazon echo device; I have delinked and relinked Spotify to Amazon - but it still keeps happening.

can anyone help solve the mystery ?!

I have a Spotify family account, a number of Alexa devices and am in the UK.
