Oi to the vey!! I tell you: i can have a toad draw a better app!
Thing was Glitchy Mc**bleep**ing Glitch ALL afternoon and evening yesterday. Had to delete it after the app and even my whole computer came to a crashing halt. All the previous times**bleep** went south, we were told to uninstall and re install. Never succeeded in re installing it, and i tried every thing. Tried again just now and still cannot use anything other than the stupid web player. Been also trying to add my sons, you know, family members, to the family account, and guess what: still just me and my daughter.
Now there's 16 euros well spent. And how 'bout those suddenly, for no apparent reason, and no decent explanation whatsoeverrrrrr, unplayable songs, not to mention the non existing scrollbar with arrows, which makes looking for ( read:dragging for) a song like a god damn lottery, or when you wanna sort the songs, eg by date or alphabetically, and nothing happens, or you arrange in 'settings' for all music to have the same volume an still sometimes you get hit like there's a freakin marching band in your living room after a super silent song, oi, ........
Been checking out if and when customers can fil an official complaint. And get a partial refund. after all, you pay for a 'service' you don't get, i oughta get 2/30 of my 16 euro back
how 'bout we get all joe pesci on their ass like they do when you're one day late w the payment.
Meanwhile, they hit me with the 'tel us how you feel' pop up more often than a fly on a **bleep**

This is for the Spotify administrators (not that they care). . .

I just noticed my older version of Spotify (v1.0.4.100) stopped working on my Win10 laptop. I hate the new look. I have lost many of my settings including the old layout that worked perfectly for our needs. What happened to the Browse option(s)? The song suggestions appear to have vanished. I am a strong believer in “if it works don’t fix it”. Why would you do this?

I understand progress, improvement, enhancement, etc. but why eliminate past versions. I understand the need to discontinue support for old versions but why not let them still function just without any support? Kind of “what you see is what you get”.

Disappointed customer,

SKK
