topic Local File song shows wrong name in App & Features

How can I get Spotify to use the names I've given to Local Files that I own?

I have a number of recordings that I own, and I want the song names to be names that I choose when I import them into my private Spotify playlist. (A lot of this is because the names are too long, and I need shorter names in order to be able to choose the right one from a playlist of 30 songs.) So I have renamed those files in Windows 10.

When I look at Spotify Local Files on Windows 10, the song names are not the same as the file names I've given them. I've tried changing the Windows file metadata (Properties > Title) and Spotify still won't show the name I've chosen. I've tried closing and re-opening the Spotify app. It still shows the wrong song name. The songs are located in a new Local Files folder that I created in Windows and then added in my Spotify Settings.

What do I need to change in order for Spotify to recognize the new song name?

Thanks for any help!
