Can you provide some more information on your issues such as:

1) What devices are you using (including operating system)

2) Are the devices and apps up to date

3) Are they both connected to the same wifi network and are they on the same account ?

I am also having this issue, my spotify connect works on all other devices except my desktop application, if I open the web player on the same device under the same wifi connection it works afterwards.

I use a laptop with Windows 10 and a Xiaomi smartphone, the Spotify application is updated and even rearranged, they are connected to the same network and through the same account.

to be more specific, the laptop is connected to the router with a LAN cable, and the phone is connected via Wi-Fi.

Hi, I did everything possible, reinstall three times Spotify, both are in the same wifi, restart the notebook, restart the modem and nothing worked, it was working very well two days ago !!!!

I tried the same procedure, restart the modem and notebook, made sure that the DENON receiver is in the same wifi, and nothing works, it was working a few days ago !!!
