      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was a Win 11 update overnight&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022845)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today when I try to start Spotify I get a black screen, which I can only close out using task manager. When I try to open it again I get a 'not responding' message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have deleted, reinstalled, restarted, several times. I have tried any and all other fixes I can find. Help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have had the exact same issue for months now and have resorted to using the web player, have tried everything I can think of including reinstalling c++ redistributables&lt;/P&gt;</description>
