      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a message from gcash that they already deducted my Spotify subscription but I received an email from Spotify that my payment was unsuccessful. Already contacted gcash and reported this issue and told me that my payment was successfully processed last July 12. Kindly investigate what happen with my Spotify subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
