1- Spotify opens Waze. 2- HiFi support

Hi recently I've noticed that when I'm opening Spotify on my android phone,
I see the blue line at the top of the screen as if Waze is open,
and sometimes it even opens Waze for no reason..

Secondly, does there any news regarding Spotify support in HiFi ?
I just bought Sony earbuds and have gotten 3 moths free at Tidal,
and there is a huge difference, but I love this algorithm more..
so I would be happy if you will solve my conflict 🙂

Hey Shlo! Regarding your first question, it seems that there may be a bug or glitch with the way that Spotify is interacting with Waze on your Android phone. You could try clearing the cache for both apps, or even uninstalling and reinstalling them to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists, you may want to contact Spotify or Waze support for further assistance.

As for your second question, there has been some news regarding Spotify's plans to launch a high-fidelity streaming service. In February 2021, Spotify announced that they were working on a HiFi tier that would offer CD-quality, lossless audio streaming. However, there have been no official updates on the launch date or pricing for this service as of March 2023. It's possible that Spotify is still working on the development of this feature, or may be waiting for the right time to launch it I.E. hopefully soon I'm growing a beard waiting for it over here lol
