Accidentally linked facebook

Upon installing Spotify on a new computer, I foolishly signed in using my e-mail address instead of my Spotify username (because I couldn't remember it off the top of my head). Spotify then went ahead and linked itself to my facebook account, which is something I did not ask for and definitely did not want.

How do I fix this?

(Yes, I realize that it is perhaps my fault for not reading the sign-in screen closely. Also, making me sign up for forums while I'm already logged into the site did nothing to alleviate my anger.)

Log out of Spotify and log back in using your username. There should be a Disconnect from Facebook option in spotify's Preferences menu.

On Facebook, remove the Spotify app.

Hmm, there's still some strange accounst in my "People" list. Not sure how to delete them.
