I'm afraid but you cannot unless you update your payment profile. otherwise you need to create a new USA account with another facebook account.

Ruheabteil is right. You can change the country in your account on this website by updating your payment info. Don't worry, we won't charge you. If you're still having trouble changing, just get in touch with Customer Support. Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'.
