connected to wrong facebook.

I was logged in on Spotify on my friends phone and she has been using it sometimes, but now MY Spotify is connected to HER Facebook. She has logged of from her phone but it's still logged on to the wrong one. What should I do??

I went to buy premium after the free trail, was logged into MY Facebook thru spotify, submitted the payment and somehow the account was linked to my fiances facebook and I can't even access my account. What do I do???

edelajtone- All you need to do is go to your Preferences page: Edit > Preferences (in Windows) or Spotify > Preferences (in Mac)

Under the section 'Social Network' just click 'Disconnect Facebook'. You can then connect your own Facebook to your 'edelajtone' account.

AlexV- It'd be best if you could fill out our contact form (about us > contact). That way I can take a closer look at your account.

Hi Spotify, I'm not able to find the "disconnect" Facebook in the windows desktop app. under Edit - Preferences. How do I disconnect the current wrong facebook account?

Hi Meredith,

A friend has logged into spotify on my phone some years ago. Still when I logg in with my facebook account it shows my profile picture and name but his name and other profile features and Log Out. Same for him when he logs in. The accounts seem to have mixed up.

Disconnecting facebook definitely does not work. Tried that several times.

Can you get this fixed? And get Spotify to fix this annoying bug.

Can I send you our profile names?

Even here on this forum (I logged in with facebook)

it says I have his email address... I try to reset my password but probably it was just sending him emails.

Please delete my entire account and let me start over with spotify. This is a mess..

@dikkie2007 - If you could get in touch with the Spotify support team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to get your account back to how it should be.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
