Application key - Premium account

So after login into developer.spotify and filling out the form to get a application key, and agreeing to terms and hitting submit, the page just reloads, and i dont get a c key.

I signed up using facebook, have a premium acount, got the login (numbers, since i got login using facebook) but i cant get a c code.

Tearing my hair out now.

Now i have tried everything, and there is no help on twitter or irc from spotify either.

Go to libspotify

Hit Application keys

Fill out form, agree to terms.

Hit Submit, page reloads.

Nothing happens. It's supposed to be instant.

This is what i see by the way

Hey!

You may want to try creating a device password from this page, and then trying the process again using your Username number and device password.

I did it yesterday and it did not work.
Now I've done it again and it worked.

I've followed the steps mentioned here about setting the device password but I still can't get this to work.

I fill in the "Request application key" form, agree to the terms and then submit.

It then says the request has been submitted but when I go to the "My Keys" section, nothing is there. Just the message "Your account does not have any application keys, you can request one in the form below."

What am I doing wrong?
