Problems using Spotify Premium in Iphone

Hello!

I have Spotify Premium and both me and my husband have used Spotify in our Smartphones, but all of a sudden it doesn´t work logging in to Spotify on our phones. I seem to have lost the password and the only way to log in is through Facebook, but we would like to log in without using Facebook. Is there anyway we could reset the password and log in without Facebook?

My mail is [snip -email] and this was the mail I used when I registered.

Hi Maria,

Can you make sure you log in with the username 'mariawalden' and your Spotify password, not your Facebook details. It looks like you have 2 accounts, your original Premium and a new free account. This new, empty free account is the one you've been accessing.

To avoid any future confusion, do you want us to delete this free account?

You can also link your Premium account up to your Facebook. Just log into Spotify on your computer, head to 'Preferences' ('Edit' in Windows, 'Spotify' on a Mac) and scroll down to 'Connect to Facebook'.

I am also having a problem. I bought spotify premium on my cmoputer and everything checks out except that my phone doesn't acknoledge that i have premium. I use facebook to login. Thank You!

Hi Tyler - Some users experienced a delay when upgrading yesterday. All should be back to normal now though.

How's that working for you now?

Hi,

I also have Premium, and have had it for a while now, but my iPhone refuses to acknoweldge it. Works fine on my computer and iPad, it's just the iPhone app that won't acknowledge it. Help!

I just purchased spotify premium and my it doesn't acknowledge this on my iphone. I only use my Spotify login to access spotify so I don't think it is a duplicate Facebook account issue. I've tried logging in and out, reinstalling the app and resyncing my phone without success. My spotify username is mlalonde.

Balcells - Are you logging in with the username 'alberto.balcells'?

Mlalonde - It should update almost immediately, with you just logging out and in. Is it showing as Premium now?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you created your Spotify account using your Facebook then you just need to log in using your Facebook email address and password. If you are having issues getting you subscription to work then I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.

I have a problem. I just signed up for Spotify Premium on my computer but it doesnt show up on my iphone as premium. It still says i don't have premium, it only say I have premium on my computer. HELP.

Hi,

I just bought the 30days test for the Premium Account but it is only working on mzy Mac and not in the Iphone. Is there anything special I should do to sove this?

I'm having trouble with spotify premium on my phone. It doesn't register that I have it. I thought maybe it was a billing issue but I changed my card info and paid up. Still not working! Very frustrating. Pls help thanks!

My iPhone app is not downloading all the music I have available offline. I've tried over and over. Some tracks are, but why not all? I'm doing something wrong.
