    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received Spotify Premium for the last 12 months via Virgin Media.&amp;nbsp;As this was was due to run out on 13/08/2012&amp;nbsp;I renewed my subscription for the next 12 months via Virgin Media on 10/08/2012.&amp;nbsp;At the time I was given confirmation that I would not be downgraded to the free service but that my subscription would continue seamlessly with no interruption.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yesterday (16/18/2012) I&amp;nbsp;wasn't able to play a&amp;nbsp;track&amp;nbsp;as I was informed that I&amp;nbsp;had already listened to it 5 times already&amp;nbsp;which pointed to the fact that I was on the Free tariff. I logged out and then back in and got a message that I needed to upgrade if I wanted&amp;nbsp;premium service. Obviously something wrong so I spent 1HR 42Mins to various people at VM who all confirmed that my service was active and suggested contacting Spotify direct. I emailed Spotify this morning explaining this but&amp;nbsp;the reply just said to read the FAQ's or contact the team here, hence this posting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone on the forum team check to see why my Virgin Media activation isn't working please?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;p.s. I have now paid £9.99 to Spotify online in the meantime as I don't want to be without this service whilst the error is being sorted out but I also don't want to be double paying each month to Spotify and VM so please can you look into this ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;

This started the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On my desktop-computers it claims I have &amp;nbsp;"free" edition with ads, if I click "upgrade" up in the right corner,&lt;BR /&gt;I come to my account page where it says I have Premium.&lt;BR /&gt;It works fine on my Android-device. But both my work-computer (Win XP) and home-computer (Win 7) runs in "free"mode with ads.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried restarting spotify, logging out/in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
