Problem with the voice

Sorry this must be a very simple thing, but I can't hear my music. I can't find any sign to increase volume. What can I do? Where sould I look for a solution? I am user of Spotify for a long time and this occured unexpectedly.

Hi abuelalilian- You should see a volume bar next to your 'Play' button in the bottom lefthand corner of the application.

If you can see that the volume is up but you're still having trouble, please let us know what operating system you're using so we can help troubleshoot.

Hi Meredith, thank you very much You gave the solution, it was the volume bar. I haven't seen it before. I knew it was a simple thing but I was not able to solve it alone. Thank you
