Cancel Subscription

Suffering from the same old song and dance. I can't cancel my subscription, I am asked to enter a password that it will no accept. However, miraculously the password seems to work in letting me actually use the product.

I have used Firefox, Safari and IE. I do not log in with Facebook. I called my bank and they said they would happily block Spotify from charging me especially since it seems this is NOT the first time they have heard about issues with this company.

I want to give Spotify one more chance before I do this and have the bank send a complaint to the BBB.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same exact problem! Its almost like my credit card is being kept hostage, can use my password to log in but not cancel my subscription.

Hi guys,

Could you delete the cookies in your internet browser, then try again. If this hasn't worked, and trying a different internet browser hasn't worked, I'd suggest getting in touch with our payments team. They'll be able to sort it all out. Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'.

I have deleted cookies, still not working. I have been waiting for a reply for customer service for two days....

Look like I will just have to call the bank again.

EXACT same problem. Signed up for a 30 day free trial, didn't love Spotify and much prefer Rhapsody...but conveniently can't cancel my subscription. COMPLETE GIMMICK. Pretty pathetic that this is what Spotify has to resort to to get subscriptions...

Annikenmelis - Have you tried going through a different browser? I can see we replied to your email yesterday, but we're waiting for you to get back to us.
