    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently had to change my payment method after having my credit card stolen. &amp;nbsp;Even though I've used this card already for other purchases, I keep getting declined whenever I try to change it from Spotify. &amp;nbsp;Is there anything else I can do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using a native Spotify login (not the FB login), and tried in Chrome &amp;amp; Firefox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ascagnel - The first thing I recommend is making sure your new card meets all of the requirements below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. The country set in your Spotify account profile must match the country where your card is registered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Your card should be enabled for e-commerce transactions (Verified by Visa/Mastercard securecard card).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Your card must be open to be used for foreign purchases.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. There are some banks that require other security authentifications, the most common one being 3DSecure.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have checked all of the above, please give that another try from your &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/" target="_self"&gt;subscription page&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
