      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also having this problem I got an email apologising for the delay and that if the problem hadn't magically solved itself I should reply to that email....shockingly it hadn't magically fixed itself so I replied to that email and STILL I have no reply. The reference numbers given at the bottom of the email made no sense so I've just copied and pasted what was at the bottom and I'm trusting you'll be able to make sense of it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
