Changing countries

Hi there,

A while ago I moved back to the UK. When registered for Spotify a couple of years ago I lived in the UK as well. I then moved to NL which was not a problem. Now, when I moved back, suddenly I cannot change my country unless I give my payment details. I am using the free version and don't see the reason of giving payment details for a free service.

I checked these pages a while ago and I read that I head to contact spotify, and so I did, but I haven't had any reply back other than an automated response telling me to go on here.

Can you please let me know whether it is possible to change my country settings?

I'm having the same issue--I recently moved from the US to the UK. I have no desire for premium. Any help would be appreciated.

I would recommend you contact the team directly using the online contact form.

If you recieve an automated reply asking you to use help pages or visit the community, reply directly to this email with your message again and it will be passed onto the customer services team.

Same issue here. About 2 months ago and computer just arrived. (obviously, I havent been able to log in to Spotify during said "14-day overseas" period). Would like to permanently update the location
