Sync problems, max 3 devices?

Hi there.

I'm sorry if I'm just stupid or blind or both or whatever.

So I just got a new Smartphone yesterday. Installed Spotify and let it download all the starred songs/playlists. Tested it while UMTS/WiFi was turned off, worked like a charm.

This morning on the train Spotify said that I have synced with more than 3 devices and the only thing I could do was stream the songs. Can anyone tell me if I can delete devices of my "devices to sync"-list? xD

Devices that use(d) Spotify:

PC (constant connection to the internet, so I would assume it streams only too, atleast I didnt tell it to DL the songs manually)

BoxeeBox (only streams anyway, no HDD)

Smartphone Nr1 (sold, wiped )

Smartphone Nr2 (only device that I told to actually save the songs)

i got that messege as well a few weeks back when i got an Macbook and synced there, but then the songs on my imac that i synced dissapared and the problem was solved,

If it doesnt work out i guess you could always just re-install all the Spotify programs and apps on all devices.
