My playlist subscribers disappeared

Hi!
Some days ago I started using the Spotify app (in Spotify) Tunigo. I noticed that I got some emails telling me that people have subscribed to my playlist that I posted on Tunigo. When I check my playlist there is no one that is subscribing. I have checked so that the people that added my playlist have not unsubbed, they are subscribing. I tried adding my playllist on a friends Spotify account but the problem still remains. I also noticed that my other playlist did not update as well and today I can't see any subscribers on any of my playlist but when I check my friends account they are still subscribing. I tried reinstalling, log out but nothing works.
This annoys me as f**k.

I hope that there is a solution to this problem.

I have been having the same problem as well...doesn't seem like there is a solution to this issue yet. Real odd. Definitely doesn't seem like it's anything on your end. I hope a Spotify moderator can chime in on this.

I just got the same problem, when i opened up Spotify today.. Just out of the blue, very frustrating!
Hopefully you will come with a fast solution on this!

Hey guys, we're looking into this for you now. I think it might just be a temporary bug, but we'll take a good look.

Just so we've got as much info to go on as possible, could you all let me know which platform you're running Spotfy on, and any other details that might be relevant. The more you can provide, the better!

I am using Mac. Snow leopard OS X 10.6.8

Had Spotify unlimited for about a month, currently using the free version.

Connected to facebook.

Something else you want to know?

Hey Richard, thanks for getting back to us and for looking into it, really appreciate it.

I am running Spotify on my desktop with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and on my Motorola Atrix running Android's Gingerbread. I'm running the new Android preview/beta app on my Atrix.

Another moderator, Meredith replied to a similar post yesterday and mentioned something regarding old accounts and accounts linked with Facebook. She advised logging in with Facebook credentials and trying with our unique Usernames but no luck on my end.

I'm getting emails from Spotify to let me know that people are subscribing to some of my playlists.

But the top right corner of the playlist title where the 'subscribers' should be is blank, giving the impression there are no subscribers but I know this is wrong because of the emails!

I have some playlists where i can see who is subscribing so this is really baffling me................

Same here! My playslists have stop upgrading but I see the nr of subscribers I had a few days ago. And if I look at someone else´s playlists they seem empty of subscribers too!

My playlist subscribers "locked up" when i upgraded to the latest version of Spotify last weekend. Now, the number of subscribers for my playlists are there, but they do not fluctuate at all, as do none of the other awesome playlists with thousands of subscribers i follow. This is especially annoying to me as I run a decently trafficed website featuring playlists created by music professionals, but have no what people are subscribing to or not.

I have a paid unlimited account on windows 7 desktop

Can I go back to the previous version of Spotify? Right now I am VERY disenchanted with this "update".

I've had a similar problem. The subscribers list hasn't been emptied, but instead has completely stopped adding new subscribers, been about a fortnight for me.

Windows 7, Premium. I also tried logging in on a friends machine and the playlists were at the same count.

Exact situation and Win version as Syknyk. Seems like it started about a week+ ago? I just hope when this is resolved, our new subscribers show show up in the list and the count is updated.

I am getting notifications about people subscribing to a playlist, but the number of subscribers remains the same. Which is not correct because when i check their profile, i see that they have subscribed to the playlist.

anyone else having this issue?

Some of my subscribers "came back" today but not all of them. Still a lot of people missing. I know that they still are missing because when I check their spotify profile they are still subscribed to my playlist.
