What exactly are we paying for when we pay for the unlimited account? It says that millions of tracks are available instantly, but it won't let me play anything!!!

Hi Jess413- Well that's worrying--with or without Unlimited, you should still be able to play music through your Spotifiy app.

Could you give me bit more information about what's happening here? Is the progress bar moving at the bottom but just no sound is coming out of your speakers? Are you receiving any error codes/ messages?

If you could let me know the info above, as well as your operating system, then I'm sure we can sort this out together. Thanks!

In Unlimtied you can play any music in Spotify huge catalogue (varies from country to country), more than 15 million tracks in every country. You can start listening by search music in Spotify client. First of all, do you already downloaded it?

You can download this client to as many computers as you like. Feel free to listen Radio in Spotify or create a nice playlist. Or you can subscribe to any playlist you like. When you install Spotify, just log in and start listening.

I've already downloaded it, deleted it and then redownloaded it. No other music will play, it says searched music I pick can only be played in premium

Hi Jess413- Exactly which tracks are you trying to play? If you could provide us with a screenshot of what you're seeing it would be a great help.

What are you trying to play music on? Mobile devices (iOS, Android etc) and Linux desktops require a premium account.

I'm trying to play it on my iPhone but even when I search that smiths song it gives me the same "premium content only" message. How should i send a screen shot

You need Premium for streaming in Mobile.
