Account Will Not Activate

I've tried twice to reactivate my account without success. I can log into the site, but not the app.

I am really frustrated.

Rry log in with Facebook details if registered with Facebook or use just Spotify username.

What happens when you try to log into the app?

Also, it looks like you've got two accounts with us - one created through Spotify and another through Facebook. The Facebook one is on the 30 day free trial. Which are you trying to access?

I cannot log into the app via Facebook. the FB icon and text are not clickable.

Ok, that's really strange. Your account has not been disabled, don't worry.

Have you tried logging in with your username and password? Rather than any email address.

Also, feel free to take those images down. You might not want to make your email address public.

Sorry to bump an old post, but i am having a similar problem. I just created my spotify account yesterday. i can login with my creds online, but when i try to login with my same creds from the app, it says my account is not active yet and i need to check my email. I have no record of spotify sending me an activation email. It did however send me a welcome email of sorts, but it wasnt an activation email. How can i tell spotify to send me another activation email?

I also have true same problem but this time it won't let me long into the app and when I try to reset my password it just say my email and my username is not associated with a active account
