I want to cancel my subscription, to reconnect via my tele operator, but I need to write my Spotify password. I don't have a Spotify password, as I connect via facebook. What can I do

They have no intention of letting you go that easy. Just like seen in the porn industry they ignore these kinds of requests after they get your creditcard information. The support mail links they provide in here returns with an inactive channel. I think it is important you find all the mails around to spotify and spam them with your request. At least you have documentation for future disputes. Contact your phonecompany if you have their service through them. I succeeded after 5 mails, and a few posts in here.

Try another browser for canceling, log out first from Facebook.
