Unlink from Facebook

I need to have Facebook unlinked from my Spotify account. I've seen this done for people when they post requests on here for it, but I can't find any other way to accomplish it. I want there to be absolutely no connection between my Facebook account and my Spotify use -- ever. I'm a premium user, but after clicking "private session" every single time I want to use Spotify, and having my whole system slowed by the endless updates of what my 5000 friends are listening to -- the Spotify service (really: the software) isn't worth the annoyance.

I guess you cancelled your premium because you can't use Spotify without Facebook. This is indeed true, you can't unlink from Facebook if you signed up after September 22nd 2011.
