Cannot access some tracks?

I have premium subscription, but for many of the albums, only certain songs are available. Shouldn't I be able to play ALL the tracks on an album if I have premium access? I can see the tracks in faded print and they will not play.

Do you get an error message at all when you click on these songs? If they are shaded grey and unavailable, it may suggest they're unavailable in your region.

Can you let us know if you get any error message or if the songs are greyed out?

It would also be great if you can log in with another account- such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist.
