Premium doesnt work

I have had premium for about a year, but it just stopped now, The payment have been sent correct., it just stopped work on my phone, and i now have to listen to all commercials..

Nous avons le même problème. Nous avons pris spotify premieum , les paiements sont a jour et nous n'en bénificions plus depuis plusieurs jours..... Savez vous d'ou vient le probleme.... c'est très pénible d'avoir une pub après chaque chanson écoutée

I also have a premium account, and the paymend successed on 14th. But I still don´t have access to it 😞
