Hi,

I may buy a woxter android tv (http://www.woxter.com/es-es/products/view/759/features/features) I want to know what kind of subscription I need.

That device runs android, but it is not a mobile device.

If you are able to sideload apps then (assuming the box has a web browser?) navigate to m.spotify.com and it will prompt you to install.

Being a device based on a mobile OS (it's about the OS really rather than the device it runs on) you will require a Premium subscription to use it.
