      <description>&lt;P&gt;I´m trying to upgrade my free account to Premium.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue I´m having is that&amp;nbsp;it always ends up at "Payment failed".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I´ve tried to change the payment type (visa and paypal) several times,&amp;nbsp;on different computers and different browsers (IE and Chrome). nothing seems to help...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I´ve even ordered some things&amp;nbsp;off ebay (with my paypal account) yesterday, just to see that my PayPal worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any Ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you still can't make the payment via your card or a PayPal account, try purchasing one of our &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/get-spotify/e-card/" target="_self"&gt;e-cards&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;--these can be bought for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Meredith.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I´m sure my card (Swedish) am open for foreign purchases, and the other requirements,&amp;nbsp;since I´ve been bying things from all over the world with it (and the paypal-account connected to it).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I payed for premium,&amp;nbsp;with the same paypal-account about a year ago without any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sure, I can buy an e-card, but then I have to do teh same every month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any other way?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im having the exact same issue. I have used my card to purchase premium before but canceled it the month after since i had to save my money that month. Now it wont accept my card again and i know it has enough money. The same with my paypal. It keeps giving me the same error (payment failed)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
