10 hours limit ?

Hi there.

I've got the same problem as many others who uses Spotify everyday or week. I've used Spotify for about 5-6 months or even more than this. Yesterday it said that I've already spent my 10 hours limit. Is it 10 hours a week or month ?? I've heard something about that after 6 months using Spotify some limitaions starts to apply - what limits exactly are we talking about here? I can't find any FAQ anywhere ..

- I have a free acount and want to continue with this so can anyone please tell me the limitations clearly ?

Hi Cami-- Welcome to the Community!

Users are able to stream an unlimited about of music for the first 6 months after joining. After that users are limited 10 hours per month (2.5 hour per week).

If you'd like to listen to more than this per week, you'll just need to upgrade to Unlimited or Premium via your subscription page.
