spotify premium doesn't work??

Hi! I bought spotify premium just now, and I don't now how to start it. I've tried to download spotify (again, I had it before I boght premium), but the commercials is still there. How do I start it?? I've paid for it and all, but it doesn't start....

I have the same problem. I've been using Spotify premium for years and now all of a sudden it disappeared. I tried re-buying it which worked, but when I start Spotify I still get the commercial between songs and it says "Upgrade" in the top right corner even though I'm paying for Premium. And along with that I can't use Spotify on my iPhone anymore.

Just purchased spotify premium and doesn't work on my iphone. I just deleted and downloaded it again. Any help would be appreaciated. Thanks!

Could you try the steps in the first post of this thread. If you still have problems, please post the following over there, thanks.

Confirm that your account overview shows an active premium subscription
Confim the username appearing in your account overview
Confirm the username on your email receipt from Spotify

I'm going to lock this thread.
