password reset troubles

Hello everybody,

Is there any moderator willing to help with password reset troubles?

I'm not receiving the token email, tried to contact support for the past three days, every day, no feedback at all.

What am I doing wrong? Bad karma?

You need to login to send a support request and once that is done you should recieve a response after 3 to 5 business days.

Hey the_quelo - I sent that email an hour ago so you should definitely have it.

Perhaps there's an typo in the email address linked to your Spotify? If you could post your correct email address here to confirm, I can remove it right away.

Definitely I'm not receiving emails, I checked and double checked the address and it's correct.

Could you please send the token mail to another address? Actually it would have the same prefix, only the domain name has to be google.com.
