Hey!

How do i delete my account? I've sent a support enquiry several days ago, and marked my email with .del?

there is no information anywhere, and noone to answer my enquiry!

I am also having this problem. I cannot find any information about how to delete my account & my emails to Customer Service remain unaswered!

All I want is to delete my account that I accidental made through facebook, but I cannot because spottily makes it so difficult. I already sent two emails and I get the same automated one back. If anyone knows how to delete my account please help!

Your message will definitely reach one of our customer service agents.

Hi unkieunkie - Did you receive a message directing you back to the Community? If so please just respond directly back to that message.

One of our agents will then be able to help delete that for you.

the account is still active and nobody is replying me in the mail i'm sending in the contact form...

So, it would appear from this, and numerous other threads, that the standard procedure for deleting an account is as follows:

Ask in forum, get told to use contact form.
Use contact form, receive automated reply telling you to ask in the forum.
Write post in forum and get told to get in touch using the contact form again.
Wait several days and get annoyed that you haven't received a reply.
Write threatening post in the forum saying you have reported Spotify to your bank or credit card company.
Finally receive a response in the forum telling you an email has been sent to you and to please check your in-box.

Is that roughly correct or did I miss something?

Surely there has to be an easier way?
