Spotify Premimum Membership Question

Hello Spotify Communtiy,

I have bought a subscription yesterday and I was wondering:

I own: iphone, ipod touch, macbook pro, mac mini, ipad, blackberry and my question is do I have to buy memberships for all? or can I use one account.

You can stream from as many devices as you want on your premium subscription.

You can use offline sync on a total of 3 devices.

Each account is allowed a limit of 10,000 songs offline, and a maximum of 3 devices with offline playlists.

Hence the 3,333 number - that is for each device.

Hi reddemise - Glad to have you in the Community!

@Mattjsrules is absolutely right-- you can sync offline playlists on up to three devices per Premium account.

However, please note you can change the devices you've picked anytime. Just pop us an email and we can clear those devices for a fresh start. You'll just have to resync all your offline playlists again.

Just a general question, If I am in my car and I have 4G network but i want to play off my synced music, do I have to force the app offline or does it figure it out on its own?

I'm not 100% sure what you mean.

You can stream music on your phone through 4G -- or if you have the songs you want to listen to already downloaded for

offline sync you can go into the app settings and switch offline mode to on. -- That way you won't be using a lot of data.

Okay,

You just answered my question. So the application doesnt automaticall play synced offline music. You have to disable it from the app.

It's a shame they should have something installed like that to save data.

Well, I'm not 100% sure -- I think on the desktop and mobile apps it will play the offline synced version that is downloaded instead of streaming and wasting data.

But since I'm not sure I always set my mobile app to offline mode if I'm not using search and I just want to listen to my already synced offline music.
