      <description>I have upgraded to spotify premium recently through my laptop and paid via PayPal and a receipt email came through, however despite it working on my laptop and saying I have premium on my iPhone the trial has ran out and now it only says I am on the free version on my phone and it has been like this for a few days.. Can someone please help?!?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Also I have now logged into my laptop and now spotify on that is not premium as well? Therefore I have paid for the service and on every device it is not giving me the extras of premium and keep asking me if I want to upgrade! I have an emailed reciept!!!</description>

      <description>That did work thank you, except my playlist is now around 100 songs less than what it was last night and they are not available offline and it takes quite a while for them all to sync which is very annoying.</description>
