    <description>&lt;P&gt;hello spotify , i am posting due to a fee that i was charged thismorning, i thought ifi stopped using spotify it wouldnt charge me.i looked throughout the app to see where i could cancel but i guess didnt do it in time. if i could kindly ask for a refund for now my bankaccount is overdrawn, so please respond ASAP so i dont get charged another $35 unless you're willing to compensate&lt;/P&gt;

I sent an email to premium@spotify.com with the codes asking for them to be cancelled but have yet to hear back from anyone confirming my money has been refunded. &amp;nbsp;I filled out a contact form with the same info, and I was sent an automated email back telling me to come here and ask. What else do I need to do to make sure my money is refunded? (Still within the first 14 days)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you submitted a contact form and got an automated email directing you back to the community, just reply directly back to that email and a member of the customer services team will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;
