Hi! Yesterday I upgrated from unlimited to premium and its says on my account that its premium...but when I go on my spotify there is not offline mode??Could you please help or explain it to me?thank you.

Fiatcoupe432 - This is on your desktop, yes? Is this on a Mac or a Windows? If you open up the application, the 'Offline Mode' option is under 'Spotify' on a Mac and 'File' on Windows, I believe. Is it not showing at all? Could you provide a screen shot?

Hi!Yes it is Mac.and under Spotify aplication there is "offline mode" but even if I press it i dosen't change anything..

It says: "user profile are not available in offline mode" but I've got premium??

Could you try a quick reinstall for us. It may be cache related. It'll give your Spotify a fresh start. Just head here for instructions... http://www.spotify.com/help/faq/tech/clean-reinstallation-of-spotify/

Hi! I've just reinstalled everything and it's still the same...still says not available in "offline mode"...????

Hi Sam!

Still have the same problem with offline mode..

Have got few playlist made but just one is working and the others are not...???Very confusing for me.. Will send you a screeshot,so would be grateful if you could help me..
