Log-In without using facebook

Hi,

I want to use Spotify without re-activating my facebook account. Unfortunately I set up my Spotify account with my facebook account. So I figure it's not possible for me to use it without logging in to facebook? I'm from Germany by the way, so it's possible to use Spotify without a facebook account in general. I'm just not sure if I can use it with my facebook e-mail address anymore.

I would really like to deactivate my facebook account for good BUT be able to use Spotify. Please help me.

If you have Spotiofy credentials, before Spotify made the Facebook integration, you could still use the old way of logging in. If you created your account with Facebook, and you disable / deactivate your Facebook account, then the spotify access is lost in transit.

Don't know if there are any countries where you could create a Spotify only credentials. To my knowledge, there is no way of having spotify without Facebook now-a-days.

As I said, it is possible for German users to create a Spotify account without the need for a facebook account.

Just create a new facebook account just for spotify, It is not possible to not login without facebook unless you had your spotify account before spotify got intergrated with facebook.

If your account was created before spotify got intergrated with facebook then just login with your spotify username and password.

Oh, sorry, I kinda saw it but skipped it. You could register the account with Spotify only then, and ask if they can swap the stuff from your now used facebook account to the Spotify credentials.

According to the info, you'd need to recreate the account. Re-subscribe to Premium, Resubscribe to playlists and such.

Quite a sobering solution if you ask me, I will need to recreate LOADS of playlists with thousands of tracks,
