Hi,

i created a Account via my Facebook Account while i was in Spain (vacations)
.

So now i'm back to Germany and wanted to change the Country,but i'm not allowed to do it?

It says i need a german ip,but i'm in germany.

Can someone help me?

Hi Clinda- Good to have you on the Community.

So the only way to change your country is by registering your German credit card details on your subscription page.

If you don't currently have a credit card in the desired country, just get in touch via the contact form. From there one of our CS agents can lend a hand.
