Premium dosent work?

hello i just bought my self a 3 month premium. my account on spotify.com said it was 3 months reedemed. ( spelling )

But when i log in to spotify it dosent work. just says that i have to uppgrade?

sorry for my english it isnt the best. i guess this is where i get support cause i couldent find anything else with support..

same thing with me.

just bought premium service but not getting premium service.

Is there normally a lag before it works.

My account confirms I have paid.

allways worked for me when i bought it.. not the first time.. where do i turn when i want help with this then ? i cant find anything to a supporter?
