Compromised credit card!

Hello! My credit card has been compromised and someone has been using it on Spotify. My credit card has been charged 9.99 twice for two months. I have already sent a contact form to Spotify twice, where they told me to go to community and seek help here. I have the dates and the approval codes for those two transaction and really would like Spotify to try and find out what user was using it and give me any information possible! Please help!!!

I do not have an account but some how my card is being charged $9.99
