Country change issue

Hi!

I am from Spain and I just moved to Germany. I've been listening to Spotify for the last weeks without problems, but suddenly I got a message saying that my country does not match the one set in my profile, and it tells me to change it. Well, when I try to change it, it is not possible because the country option is not editable and Spain is chosen. What can I do?

With a free account, you get two weeks of listening in a country other than the one set in your profile. It sounds like you need to change yours now then.

When you say the option isn't editable what do you mean? It should just be a matter of putting in your payment details (this won't start a subscription though, don't worry) and changing your country to Germany.
