Hi,

I logged onto spotify and accidentally pressed ''disconnect from facebook'', now it seems that all my playlists are completly gone. How do I restore them?

I don't wanna rush you guys but I need to get it sorted within two hours.

Hi Thms,

Not to worry, you've just created a duplicate account on our system and you're logging into this new one instead.

Just sign out and log back in with your original Spotify username (not your email). For more information please see this similar post.

Thanks for the quick response. However, I keep logging in using my original Spotify username that and yet I can't access my playlists.

Please have a look in your inbox--I've just send you an email confirming your Spotify username on our system.

All playlists has been restored, works fine now. Thanks Meredith!

Oh and, I forgot the password for the other account so I made a new one.
